Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Breathtaking views

We recently stayed at Majestic Beach Condo in Panama City Beach to celebrate two special 18th birthdays, and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was spotless upon arrival, and it was fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed to cook meals for our group — such a bonus. The space was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves.But the real star of the stay was the view — simply breathtaking! Waking up to the stunning sunrise over the Gulf and ending the day with those magical sunsets right from the balcony was unforgettable.The location felt very safe and secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Plus, there are so many fantastic restaurants nearby that you just have to check out. Right across the street is an incredible Mexican restaurant — perfect for a fun night out!Overall, our stay at Majestic Beach Condo was everything we hoped for and more. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just looking for a relaxing beach getaway, this place is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to come back!

Didn't like that the ac was limited to 70° makes it kinda hard to sleep in my opinion. Had trouble with the tv remotes not working. Other than that everything was as stated.

A bit disappointing

There were a few issues/ we had to buy cleaner to clean the shower curtain. There was no broom. The washer’s pump went out and leaked water on the floor and rugs, which began to smell. The property manager reacted quickly but did not solve the problem. There was demo being done in a unit 2 doors down, for 2 solid days we heard maddening noise from a power tool. How is it possible that the HOA would allow that activity during prime season?? Honestly, I feel like I should receive a credit for our anguish. The Majestic has virtually no security. Anyone can enter the property, pool, elevator, parking garage etc, I can’t say it was worth the money, I should have credit coming.

Week Long Family Trip

The condo was very nice and comfy. We all had a great time. It was a little walk though to the garage across the street but wasn’t bad. The condo could use new pots and pans since we were a family of 7 and only had one okay pan to cook with. Great beach corner views from patio which was right next to the pool. Couldn’t figure out a certain noise for a while then determined it was the sliding patio doors several above us. It wasn’t too bad. Other than those few small things, the condo was great!

Just a micro vacation

Great property location for family’s with teens. We loved having a corner suit next to the pool and beach entrance. Easy access via the stairs to both of the locations. Even better was that when our teens were at the pool we could still keep tabs on them but from a distance. So much fun even for a short stay b

Family vacation

We recently stayed for 1 week. There were 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids). There was plenty of space for all of us and we didn’t feel cramped. The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony was a lovely addition to have and had great views of the water. Keep in mind if utilizing the front bedroom (closest to the Main Street) it was extremely noisy as the bar is open until 4 am. Not really a ding on the place itself but could be bothersome to some. This unit is pretty far from garage - lot of walking. This was hard on my dad but otherwise ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was clean besides the 2 of the beds feeling like sand was on the sheets, underneath the comforter and the sheets and comforter being bleached and ripped on the other bed. I only gave communication a 1 star because I never called or spoke with the manager and it wouldn’t let me go any further.

Beautiful sunsets

This was a lovely, spacious condo, beautifully furnished, (although the beds were high but that was a simple fix - we went out and bought step stools). Great variety of streaming services and quality furniture. The only down side was the bar across the street. The noise ordinance allows noise/music until 4 am. and the motorcycles were loud. Ear plugs helped. Also the dryer broke the first time were used it, but Real Joy paid for our first week of laundry service and a new one was brought within the first week.

Great Vacation Spot

This unit is perfectly located on the same floor as the parking drop off and a quick elevator ride down to the beach and pools. Great layout for a family vacation with lots of room. Beds were great,( except would say don’t rely on the pull out couch as a sleeping spot as that mattress is not really able to be slept on). The kitchen is well stocked with coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, even a slow cooker and blender, lots of dishes etc. (no kettle for those tea drinkers but no biggy to boil water in a pot). They had some board games available for the cooler nights, and beach chairs to carry down to use on the amazing white sandy beach. We ran into some issues upon arrival. The listed pack and play for baby was not in the unit but RealJoy was able to get one out to us within an hour. There was an issue with the sheets in one of the bedrooms that were not cleaned/changed over (all gritty/sandy). RealJoy was easy to get a hold of, however the sheets did not arrive and we had to go out and get laundry detergent to wash the sheets (not a great start after a very long drive). Sheets were delivered the next day, but it wasn’t a great night waiting till after midnight to get to sleep doing laundry. RealJoy followed up on this issue upon checking out and did provide compensation off the cleaning fee and a good will small refund for the mix up. The rest of the vacation after the shaky first night went smoothly (little bit of noise at night but it’s spring break time so that’s to be expected being on a lower floor). Overall a great spot and great vacation, we would definitely return.

Beautiful but frustrating

This property is beautiful. The view was amazing and we loved the pool. It could have been cleaner and it wasn't stocked with much. Not even a roll of toilet paper or tiny soap bar. After a long drive it was frustrating to have to go to the store before you could use the restrooms. No dish rags and no dish towels. Parking was a bit far. We really did love it.

Nastiest condo I have ever rented out

I tried immediately getting in touch with property company, by phone call and email. There was mold in the unit, along door frame walls and windows, and on the living room floor under the couch. There was a tobacco spit water bottle left in the master, and listerine or toothpaste all over the wall in the bathroom. I took photos and sent them to property manager. I asked to be relocated to a different unit that would pass health inspection, and no one responded to me until the day before I left. They apologized and stated they were really busy with spring break. It was so gross, DO NOT RENT! I did not get refunded for my stay, but rather they said they would give me back my money for the cleaning service. We will see on that. After speaking with others around the complex, RealJoy rentals are notorious for poor communication, and I would say for filthy units as well. There are definitely mold spores on living room furniture. Stay away
