•Minimum age of rentor - 25 years old
•$60 registration fee per stay, includes on site parking for one car
•No Pets are Allowed.
•No Smoking or Vaping of any kind in the house or on the balcony

***House Rules***
• Maximum of 6 guests
• No Parties Allowed
• If you bring a pet you will be charged a $750 pet fee per pet
• Check-In is at 3:00pm.
• Check-Out is at 11:00am.
• You are responsible for your guests and any/all damages caused by your guests
