Welcome to Emerald Retreat, Long Beach 1004 Tower 4, your beachfront vacation rental in Panama City Beach Florida!! Located in Long Beach Resort, this elegant Gulf Front condo is located on the 10th floor. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condominium comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 1 beachfront king suite, a beach view suite with 2 queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. You'll love the huge beachfront balcony, too!

Long Beach Resort will be undergoing a large renovation project from August 2025 through April 2026. Work will be done daily 7AM-5PM. Work will be done on the concrete exterior of the buildings, you can expect hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work. Balconies will be closed during active construction and balcony furniture will be placed inside the unit during those periods. Construction noise will be ongoing throughout the project that may make balconies uncomfortable even when they are open for use. Beach access will be available at all times for guests and owners. At least one pool will be open however, circumstances may cause a day or so that all pools may need to be closed. The first row of parking nearest the buildings will not be available for parking during the project and there will be a covered walkway from the paring area to the buildings for safety reasons.

This fabulous condo has two large gulf-front suites, with balcony entrances.

The ocean front main suite has a luxurious king bed that will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud! You'll love all the extra touches like floor to ceiling windows and a chair that's perfect for beach watching. The walk in closet has plenty of room for all your luggage, too. The private main bath has an amazing tile shower with a shower seat and glass door, there's even a shower massage! Solid surface double vanities and modern cabinetry complete the feel of having your own private spa.

The ocean front double queen suite is large enough for 4 people and has an adjacent bathroom that is shared with the great room. This bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows and a side chair for relaxing. The walk in closet is very spacious. This bathroom has double solid surface vanities. Plenty of lighting for getting ready to go out! The garden tub is great for soaking the day away and it also has a shower.

The open floor plan great room overlooks the shimmering white sands and the emerald waters of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the view from the great room, dining area, and the kitchen! The dining area has a table with 6 chairs with extra seating at the bar. Plenty of room to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and play cards and board games!

You'll love this modern kitchen with its stainless appliances, high end cabinetry, granite counter tops and ocean view. The large well-equipped kitchen has plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and flatware so you can prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner right at your fingertips. For the coffee lovers, there are both drip and Keurig machines provided. If you don't feel like cooking, it's just a short trip to Pineapple Willy's, the onsite snack bar or other local restaurants!
