The location of this property and the views are truly beautiful. The resort itself is in a wonderful area and the beach views from the unit are stunning. Unfortunately, our experience with this particular unit was very disappointing due to its condition upon arrival.When we checked in, the condo did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The floors throughout the apartment were extremely dirty, the showers had visible mold and debris, there was hair and dirt inside the bedroom drawers, the refrigerator appeared dirty, and several surfaces and decorations were noticeably dusty. The living room furniture also had an unpleasant odor, and the dust triggered allergies in our case.We reported these issues immediately and documented them with photos and videos. The property manager later offered to send a cleaning team and a visit was scheduled for 11:00 AM on the third day of our stay; however, the cleaners never arrived at the agreed time. Because of the condition of one of the bathrooms, we ended up limiting ourselves to using only one shower, and I had to clean the bathroom myself in order to use it.After traveling eight hours with young children, arriving to a property in this condition was very disappointing and significantly affected the beginning of our stay.It is truly a shame because the location and views are wonderful, but the condition in which the unit was delivered and the lack of a proper resolution made this a frustrating experience for our family.
