D202 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to seven guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable, sofa has a pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that will seat six guest, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is renovated with new counter-tops, cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full and twin size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer, wood floors in the kitchen and bathrooms and carpet through the rest of the condo.

The balcony has two tables, six chairs and a lounge chair. View-faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view.
