Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.

This home's floor plan features ocean views from every room-including the bedroom! It's one of the biggest floor plans in Sunbird with the most beach frontage. It's the only floor plan with a king main bedroom overlooking the BEACH! Why settle for anything less!
