It's gulf front view is breathtaking, and its sophisticated, upscale designer furnishings are striking.

Unlike the typical larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Reef is only 161 units, allowing its over 320 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. In addition, this condo, is located on the less crowded West end of the beach, great for families or romantic getaways.

Ocean Reef resort features include a pool deck sporting an 80 foot pool and a large hot tub. There is also an indoor pool. Both pools are seasonally heated. In addition, a sauna, steam room, and gulf front fitness center, well-equipped with cardio equipment and a beautiful view overlooking the pool and beach are available for use by our Ocean Reef guests.

Three high-speed elevators allow easy access to your reserved covered parking space beneath the building or to the pool deck and beach.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes raised-panel wood cabinets and granite counter and bar tops. You can experience breakfast seaside, and indescribable sunsets at dinner, should you decide to dine in, whether outside on the spacious beachfront balcony (10 X 28 foot) or indoors. You can also relax in one of the two comfortable adirondak chairs with foot rests or an inviting loveseat located on the balcony.

Our unit has been professionally decorated with Tommy Bahama style furnishings and window treatments. In addtion, it has upgraded lighting fixtures and a custom paint job. We have also installed a full size washer and dryer.

For those days where you want to stay inside, we have provided several games that the entire family can enjoy.

Our unit has an airy feel, with over-sized sliding glass doors opening from both the gulf front master bedroom and family room onto an over-sized balcony overlooking the sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf. It is perfect for outside entertaining with a beachfront view.

Our unit operates with Kaba Oracode 660K Code Door System. Prior to visiting our vacation rental, we will provide you with a unique six digit access code for the duration of your stay which will allow you to not have to worry about lost keys or key cards. This means that there will be no need to wait in line with the management company representatives before entering your unit.

This unit has one reserved, covered parking spot with other non- reserved spots available on a first come basis. Please limit vehicle's to no more than two. As with any condo on the beach, parking is limited during peak season.
