Here on the western shores of Panama City Beach, you'll have 600 feet of private white sand (including seasonal beach service), indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, a movie theater, a game room, and a 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a sauna and steam room.

This resort condo is located near an abundance of dining, shopping, recreation, and entertainment. Grab a coffee at Starbucks on your way out the door and spend a day exploring Pier Park (less than a mile east), which is home to 124 stores, an assortment of restaurants, an IMAX theater, a Dave & Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and various live music events. Experience a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or bring a picnic and your kayak to the serene shores of St. Andrews State Park (11 miles east).

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The pictures looked the same as when we arrived. Only thing was someone had smoked weed in the condo before us and the smell was very heavy.

Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again

The condo was directly across from the elevator. Lights from the hallway shined into the bedroom and there were no room darkening blinds to make it dark at night. People would come off the elevator in the middle of the night making a lot of noise. Condo had cobwebs in corners, food on floor and food on ceiling above stove. Looked like it needed to be updated. Big disappointment!

Spring Break

The condo and property was very clean and well kept. The condo itself was perfect for vacationers staying there just to sleep. There was minimal kitchen utensils and cups. Several outlets did not work. No blow dryer. The internet was extremely slow. Only the antenna connection worked on the TV. So much time was wasted on the elevator or waiting for the elevator. When we checked out I waited for 30 min for an elevator to get a cart. When I got there they said I had to have my ID. (We didn't have to give an ID when we checked in). I had to wait for 30 more min for the elevator to go up and 30 again to go down and 30 to go back up again. Not to mention all the stops in-between. Only 1 elevator was out of commission. The chairs that came with the condo were awesome. Tip: If you want to sit closer to the ocean, you need to be in line at the beach hut at 7:45am to be there when they open at 8:30. If we stayed here again it would be on floors 1-3 to avoid all the wasted vacation time with elevator drama.

Horrible check in process and unacceptable elevators

2 of 7 elevators out of service entire week in condos. Only 1 of 2 garage elevators worked. Wait times were up to and above 30 minutes all day long. Would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

This condo is located on the 25th floor and it was so hard to catch an elevator. We had to wait 15-20mins about every time. There was only 2 elevators working and it was very crowded and made our stay very stressful. I would definitely suggest staying on a lower floor so you can use stairs if needed.

Both hot tubs were out of order, room not cleaned. Elevators took 45-50 mins every time you needed to use them. Fighting and cursing up til 4am every morning. Never got in touch with reservations after calling 20+ times and emailing 5-10 times, we were trying to extend our reservation before we got there. Good location but everything else is a no
