This unit was fabulous! You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in maintaining the it We've stayed in many different units along the Florida/Alabama Gulf coast, and this one was one of the best. We liked the layout and found it to have plenty of space for our group of 6. A nice small touch is that they provided hand soap in a pump dispenser in all the bathrooms. In the "welcome" letter, we got the phone # to contact their cleaning service directly if there was an issue as well as the owner's contact info - there was no issue, the unit was spotless! It was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Since this is a corner unit, you not only get a direct view of the Gulf, but you can also see down the beach toward the east, and also inland over toward Top Golf. This made for a spectacular view in all directions. We enjoyed the Calypso property as well. The fact that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are included with the rental cost was a fantastic bonus. Our teenagers loved being able to lounge on the beach all day. The pools were well-maintained, generally large enough for the amount of guests, but would benefit from just a few more chairs as often by mid-morning you could no longer find a seat by the pool. The poolside bar is a nice feature, as is the proximity to Pier Park.Overall, this unit was outstanding!

Beautiful condo with all the extras and super clean. The hosts are wonderful and quick to respond. We never had an issue with elevators or parking. The resort itself was beautiful, well maintained and pools refreshing. Great location by Pier Park for eating, shopping or enjoying the views. Can't wait to come back!!!!

We have been coming to calypso for over 15 years… it never disappoints.. my parents used to own a few units and the area has really grown more popular over the years. This condo was prefect for what we needed and the weather was amazing!!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The pictures are exactly how it is. You can’t beat the corner view. The hosts were very responsive with the few questions I had prior to our stay. The pool and beach area were well maintained. The location was perfect to restaurants and shopping.

Great Location

The location was awesome. Close to shopping, dining and more. However the condo was large enough for 5 adults but the condo does need some love. The walls, door frames, floors really need to be cleaned. The stove looks like it’s been in a fight and lost, the dishwasher has seen better days, the mattress in 2 of the bedrooms feels like you are sleeping on box springs. However the view and location to Pier Park was unmatched.

Our Favorite Condo!

Jeff and Felicia, Thank you so much for making our stay at your condo so easy and welcoming! We have been visiting PCB and have stayed at the Calypso for several years, but staying in your condo has been the easiest rental by far! From the time we booked online to our oh so soon departure, y’all have every detail for your guests laid out so there was never any guess work and we could spend our time relaxing and enjoying the beach and pools! Your response time to any messages I sent before and during our stay not only made me feel like a priority, but also like a friend! The condo itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The panoramic view of the ocean from moment you walk in is absolutely stunning!! There were 7 of us stay (4 adults and 3 teenagers) and there was plenty of space for us whether we were watching movies at night or playing cards around your large dining table! I also loved having 3 full bathrooms! The Calypso will always be our favorite resort due to its walking convenience to Pier Park, but 1201E will be our go to condo for our future vacations! Thank you again for your hospitality and for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!
