Horrible Experience!!!!! Not family friendly!
This experience was a nightmare!! The pictures on the listing are extremely deceiving. The outside of the building looks like it has NOT been cleaned since it was built. The baseboards and top of the wall near the ceiling had what appeared to be mold. The lock on the front door was loose and when the handle was turned the entire face plate moved!! Talk about not feeling safe. Most of the knobs on the drawers and cabinets were falling off. Water leaked beneath the cabinet in the Master Bedroom onto the floor. There was sand in the lower bunk bed. Visible dust on the furnishings. Not enough Linen for 6 people. No pillows for the pull out couch and the cover was stained. No sleep from the constant moving of furniture above us and the revving of engines in the parking deck. The parking deck is extremely crowded and difficult to navigate. Parking spaces are not in numerical order. Although the unit was located on the 2nd floor the walkway was always congested due to people waiting on the elevator. The staff bordered on rude. The location and condo were advertised as family friendly and I would say it is anything but a place you would want to stay as a family. The host was receptive until there was a problem. Then no answer despite trying to contact multiple times and through multiple avenues. The conditions were so bad that we stayed one night and left the next morning and went to a different place. Extremely dissatisfied. Pictures included but can only upload 8.
