There are 3 traditional bedrooms and 5 beds total. Two bedrooms upstairs with traditional beds. One of the upstairs bedroom has french doors to an inviting balcony/patio. Our downstairs bedroom has a sofa bed and a sleeping loft area with a bed. The downstairs bedroom also has french doors to the private backyard. The living room has huge really nice, upgraded mattress pullout sofa bed. All beds are "Full" except the living room sofa bed (Queen).
There are 2 full bathrooms. The bright upstairs bathroom has shower over tub and French doors to the balcony. The downstairs bathroom has shower only.
Perfect for entertaining, the dining area has french doors to a lush secluded garden patio. The gourmet kitchen has granite slab counters, breakfast bar, Sub Zero-like fridge and Thermador Professional gas range.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. **We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
We are close to everything, including anything on Stanford University campus (can walk to stadium); walk to downtown Palo Alto; walk to CalTrain to access any point on Peninsula: frequent trains between San Jose and San Francisco.
Great food and great coffee is just 5 minutes away from the home. Perfect location!
You will get one parking spot on the driveway. In addition, street parking is free and available for 2 hours on weekdays and anytime morning, evening, weekends and holidays.
► LOFT:
Children sleeping in loft should not be small (over 10 years old or older ONLY)
The portable A/C is in the loft because the home A/C does not reach the loft and it gets hot there in the summer.
► DINING TABLE:
Dining table must be protected from liquids, heat, etc. Custom table pad available. Any damage to the table will be deducted from security deposit.
► BBQ:
Please note that Propane is not provided. All tanks and filling station can be found nearby at Home Depot straight down University Avenue
► PIANO:
Electronic keyboard/piano in rowing room is available but in the event it is not functional or working as intended we can offer no support or troubleshooting services.
► EV OUTLET:
There is an outlet for electric/plug-in hybrid car charging available in our driveway however if such outlet is not functional or working as intended we can offer no support or troubleshooting services.
► REGULAR MAINTENANCE:
Landscaping schedule: Monday mornings
Trash and Recycling: Leave bins on curb Sunday evening for early Monday morning pick-up. Return bins to patio after pick up.
► 28+ NIGHTS STAYS:
All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.
Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.
Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
