Loved the location of this home, minutes from shops and restaurants and close to the larger town of Wasilla. We used it as home base for 10 days and traveled up to 3 hours away so we could see it all. Felicia was very accommodating when I had requests for our stay. Two master suites were perfect for us and our best friends traveling with us.

Chalet mountain peace

From the moment we booked the host was available and answered questions. The home is clean, beautiful and you can not beat the amazing view. Our family really enjoyed our time. There is a three bear grocery store, burger resturant and coffee shed, very close by. Hatchers Pass was a close as well. We have nothing but fond memories of our time shared at the Chalet, so grateful!

Beautiful house and location!

My now-wife and I visited Palmer for our wedding elopement and the stay at this chalet was more than fitting for our occasion! The chalet was beautiful with a stunning view, warm comfort and privacy. We also planned having our photographer take pictures during our elopement and the chalet was perfect for our getting ready moments and first look. Overall, the stay at the chalet will be unforgettable and we thoroughly appreciate Tim and Felicia's communication and easy instructions.

Pretty Palmer Mountain Chalet

Beautiful VRBO. Very modern, clean and spacious. Met the owner who was so sweet and welcoming. We had just drove the Hatcher Pass and thought the amazing views might be done for the day. We were wrong! What a great place to end up after a long day. Palmer was a great little town with great people. Just lovely!

Beautiful cozy stay

This chalet was just as listed, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. The hosts were very warm, responsive and kind. The views were stunning especially with the morning sun. The chalet was very clean and beautiful and not cluttered. Plenty of towels, providing make-up wipes were a nice touch. Very comfortable beds. The shower pressure was low but completely functional. It’s up a private driveway and the home felt very private but not isolated which we loved, and we saw the local moose. It was easy to find via GPS and a lovely 10-min drive to Wasilla. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Alaska Home with Incredible Views

We stayed in this warm and comfortable home for a week while we toured various places. This was an ideal location for our family and the house was perfect with a large open living room, dining area and kitchen. The views are breath-taking and we will definitely miss waking up to this every morning and watching the fire on the mountains when the sun goes down. Plus, the beds are super comfortable and the hosts are very accommodating and great to work with. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Abby's Place in mid-August for three nights with friends. The most exciting part was seeing a moose on the driveway when we came back from dinner! The view was gorgeous and I would recommend this place. Communication with the host was excellent.
