An iconic 1959 Jack Mieselman designed home, PS Swag is a perky 3 bedroom pool home that has been affectionately conserved and stylishly updated with all the modern amenities. PS Swag embodies both Modernist and Minimalist principles with post & beam construction, clerestory windows, tongue & groove exposed wood beams and an open floor plan that merges indoor/outdoor living seamlessly. Located just down the street from the legendary Riviera Hotel and Racquet Club Resort, you'll feel like Frank, Dean or any of the Rat Pack that used to call Palm Springs their best friend.

PS Swag offers one Primary Suite on the opposite side of the house from the two guest bedrooms; just off the living room. The primary suite features a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath... access to the rear yard and pool area through a glass sliding door. The two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house share the second hall bath and are both well-appointed; both with queen beds.

The open floor plan at PS Swag allows you to move the dining and entertaining from kitchen to indoor dining and living to that outdoor poolside life that is one of the biggest draws to Palm Springs. The living room offers comfortable seating around the gas fireplace. The galley kitchen has a delightful retro feel and is well stocked for cooking and serving. Casual indoor dining for 6 sits alongside a comfortable living room.

Step outside to an ideal Palm Springs poolside experience with a large, 15'x33' pool, a lounging, shaded cabana, patio table set, and outdoor wet bar with seating, additional sink, bar fridge and outlets. The pool room by the bar offers additional storage, pool toys and floats and laundry facilities. Off the pool deck, enjoy al fresco dining under the stars surrounded by beautiful desert landscaping and towering palm trees and West-facing mountain views.

With close proximity to Palm Springs village center, PS Swag is the perfect locale to experience all the attractions and entertainment that Palm Springs has to offer, including: day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars and night clubs; just minutes from downtown and the Aerial Tramway. Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $59/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
