Designed by noted Palm Springs Architect James Cioffi, this home takes full advantage of the views of the San Jacinto Mountains, featured as the backdrop to your pool, patio dining and entire outdoor lifestyle. You'll find the décor bright but soothing with its mix of contemporary and mid-century modern with Zen accents. Dramatic high ceilings, a wall of sliders, and large windows throughout make this home a desirable sanctuary all year round.

The open great room floor plan with dining area and kitchen perfectly incorporates the indoor and outdoor living. The full patio that allows you to lounge poolside day or night with resort style pool and spa and a fire pit with ample seating to enjoy sunsets or after dinner lounging.

The amply stocked kitchen is ideal for the experienced cook or the novice chef. Your friends and family can relax in the great room or marvel at your skills as they pull up to the kitchen bar while you prepare your meals. The great room offers comfortable and stylish seating to catch the big game on your wide screen 60” smart TV. This home offers the full technology package from high speed wireless internet, cable and Netflix is available (on some TVs).

The primary suite is your own grand retreat. The suite features a King bed, a large TV and direct access to the pool with its own patio and conversation area. The primary bath is its own private sanctuary with soaking tub, large walk in shower and spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. It's conveniently positioned as you enter through the front door, but behind the kitchen for great private access of its nearby hallway bathroom and it offers a great patio with street access (through a gate) but still enclosed for privacy while watching the sunset! The third bedroom, a secondary suite with its own en-suite bathroom, is perfect for those looking for maximize on space while not giving up on the comfort for their other guests. This "butterfly suite", designed for the homeowner’s sister, offers a King bed, 40” smart TV, walk-in closet, and step-in shower; this room will please any guest.

The sparkling pool and spa alongside the outdoor fire pit make outdoor living a breeze. Luxuriate in the pool, or poolside in lounge chairs or just relax around the fire pit when the temperatures start to cool. (Pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information.) The outdoor patio also has a comfortable dining table for eight; the entire rear side of the house has been smartly equipped with shade structures.

Just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, you are never that far from enjoying what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are never that far away, from area casinos to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and ANA Inspiration (formerly the Dinah Shore Classic), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. In Palm Springs, there is something for everyone. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Pool Heat is optional but available for $49/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
