This mid-century modern renovated house with a Martini motif is an immaculate, calm 2 bedroom oasis in the heart of Palm Springs! Located near Downtown Palm Springs for your shopping and dining convenience, the house is just minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport which offers inexpensive, convenient rental cars.

This bright 1,200 sq. foot house with all the comforts of home in sunny Palm Springs awaits you! You'll experience a beautiful, renovated house located in the heart of central Palm Springs with a private pool. You'll enjoy easy access to downtown Palm Springs, golf courses and tourist sights, with the ability to retreat to a very comfortable upscale mid-century modern house which is finely appointed.

The house offers an open living area, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms, an enclosed sun porch and inviting pool area with a spectacular mountain view! The dining and living area boasts contemporary furnishings with a classic mid-century modern Palm Springs feel, decorated with martinis!

The house has a very open feeling, with it's mid-century modern contemporary furnishings and cool color palette. Guest will enjoy a full well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances: range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all tableware and utensils. A cook's dream for preparing cocktails & dinner by the pool!

The living area is very comfortable for lounging with table for dining, fireplace, and seating area for relaxing. The sun porch is also a quiet relaxing spot and TV room where you'll also find plenty of Palm Springs reading material for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is spacious, well-appointed with a tiled bathroom with a walk in rain shower, mirror, hair dryer, with liquid hand & shower soap, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion provided. The guest room allows for additional sleeping accommodations for up to 2 more people. Both are queen beds, complete with linens.

Cable TV, Roku TV, Wi-Fi for your devices, washer/dryer, pool service, iron, all linens and other amenities are all part of the nightly or weekly rate. A $150 final cleaning charge per stay will apply. Please note that an optional pool heating charge of $75 per night rented will apply if pool heat is requested.

Lovely home, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen, a closet full of bath towels and tons of pool towels, several TVs, shampoo and conditioner, sun screen, etc. Gorgeous views, lovely landscaping, a quiet neighborhood, delightful patio. Everything was spotlessly maintained. Advice: ask for the rules well in advance of your visit. Don't be put off by the tone of the rules which could be viewed as unwelcoming. Be aware there is a fee for heating the pool. If you're quiet and respectful, this is a wonderful house. If you like loud parties/music, renting this house or anywhere in Palm Springs is not for you.

Communication from the host was excellent. The house is a lovely mid century modern home located in a very nice residential area. The location was great just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. House was well stocked with everyone you needed. Backyard was fantastic with a big pool and mountain views. Enclosed yard was great for our small dogs.

Loved retro style, art and the layout of the home. Pool was very cute with a martini glass deco at the bottom of the pool. It had all the amenities and more! Close to a nice park and downtown Palm Springs. Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool! Plus it came with bikes and pool toys! Very nice! I want to come back soon and didn't want to leave

I read no mention of the water being switched in the bedroom on the right, waited forever for the water to get hot, valves are switched.Currently having a very difficult time getting a refund for a day that we didn’t stay due to owners problem. FUN AT THE MARTINI HOUSE

The house was the perfect size for myself and son. We came to Palm Springs to enjoy the heat being we live in the coastal area which is usually always cold. Loved the pool and shopping and closeness to all the museums.

Perfect for my stay

This home was beautiful, well-appointed, and very comfortable. It was perfect for my pre and post op at Desert Regional Hospital (5 minutes away). Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all that Palm Springs had to offer. The kitchen and baths are very well stocked, beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and I hope to be able to stay there again under a much more pleasant situation so that I can enjoy the back patio and pool. Kathy, the owner, was prompt in answering any of my questions and made the process of me being a "VRBO virgin" so easy.

A true oasis

Stayed with inlaws and dog, it was wonderful and very quiet. Location was perfect, close to downtown, but not too close. Grocery stores were all about 4 minutes away. We had a blast just staying here and really relaxing.
