Period blood on shower curtain :)
Booked this last minute for Coachella, so only really needed a place to sleep. It would have been fine for that since we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time at the property. However the cleanliness left much to be desired. It seemed period blood was on the door and shower curtain of the bathroom. Much of the condo is in need of a deep clean. Property managers did not offer any type of compensation for this issue; just asked if we’d like the cleaners to come (the same ones who allowed this??). Also the thermostat can’t be set below 75 which made sleeping semi uncomfortable. Walls are thin and the upstairs neighbors were up at 6:30 every morning. Amazon Alexa’s throughout the condo chimed with reminders to “take the trash out” at 6 AM . Phone located in the home also ringing at midnight. Check in is at a separate address about 5-7 mins from the actual property, and the property managers will spam email and text you asking for an ETA on your arrival days before the check in date. I wouldn’t stay here unless you’re truly desperate (as i was)

Great Location. Great property with quiet pool and 2 hot tubs.
Great location. Clean unit. Grounds were immaculate! Not obvious that you had to go to a separate location to check in. So would be hard without a car. Not clear on parking and could not get a hold of the office to clarify. Has air conditioning but it can’t be below 76 degrees so a bit warm.

Good location
Condo is in a good location but next to a main road. The kitchen, dining, bath, living room good. The bedroom had a strange odor. The air conditioner could not be set lower than 75 degrees and if the sliding glass doors were opened, the traffic noise was loud.

Well decorated and clean condo
The condo is in an older complex but the condo has been decorated very nicely and there are very nice new appliances. We had to cut our trip short due to a medical emergency so we did not get to try any of the complex amenities. The only issue we had was the noise level. The noise from the street in the main room is loud and pretty much non-stop.

The condo was neat, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were vey good. The only problem was that the condo is not on the ground floor, it is on the second floor with the parking garage underneath on the first floor. There was no elevator. You access the unit by two flights of stairs. I would not recommend this unit for anyone with mobility issues like us.

Cute Mid century modern condo close to downtown!
Loved the decor in this cute 1 bedroom condo close to all the action. Appreciated the well maintained gated community complete with heated pool and tennis courts. Condo is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
