The outdoor seating area comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, including two lounge chairs beside the spa.

The spacious upstairs Primary Suite feels bright, peaceful, and inviting with colorful designer touches, comfortable bedding, drawer storage, and an incredible large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors open directly to a large private patio with a comfortable seating area — the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee, read a book in the sunshine, or unwind after a day exploring Palm Springs. You will also find a spa-inspired en suite bathroom.

The private spa is easily heated for guest enjoyment. For monthly stays, guests are responsible for actual gas and electric utility usage during their stay, including spa heating usage. An advance (partially refundable) utility deposit will be required ranging from $500-$1000/month depending on season and spa heating plans.
