The location was very convenient for getting to downtown Palm Springs or going the other direction towards the zoo.The space in the condo is large enough for four adult adults.It was easy to check in and pick up the keys, and you felt safe since you were in a gated community.

Great location. Open floor plan. 8 pools and 1 close to the unit. 2 nice patios but north facing so not sun for morning coffee or sunset. Unit could have been cleaner. Kitchen nicely appointed. Complex is quiet and safe.

Cozy Palm Springs

Check in was easy, Cindy, our hostess was super warm and very informative. The front receptionists were also friendly and helpful. Kitchen had most, if not all the amenities you could need to make great meals. The place Was super cozy, plenty of space for our family of 6. We were all very comfortable…the home was equipped with all the basics to make our stay super chill, hassle free and fun! Not to mention the pools were a major plus! Stores were a short 5 min drive, as well as the restaurants. We all Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect for us

Very comfortable, nicely furnished. Excellent central location for exploring entire region. Safe and secure in gated community. Wonderful pool. Best stocked kitchen I have seen. I had to contact owner a couple of times with questions and she responded immediately and solved the issues.

Very comfortable clean Condo.

My husband and I were with our daughter and her husband for four days. Check in getting into the resort was awkward, but after that, everything was great. The place has a comfortable sectional, nice beds, perfect kitchen, and nice patios. We were close to the resort pool, though we never used it. It’s a twelve minute drive to downtown, and a very short drive to the great Air Museum. Jensen Market and Ralph’s are close. The view of the mountains is serene. Loved our stay.

The condo is great. We stayed with 4 people and the place is perfect for 4. 10 minute drive to downtown. The pool we used was very close to the condo and there is a great hot tub there too. No heating fees:) Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Issues with Oasis Resort Palm Springs

There were a number of issues with this unit. Firstly, We arrived on Feb. 5, then did our shopping (Costco and Trader Joe's) on Feb. 6. On Feb. 7 I was looking for a toaster and when I opened the cupboard door it collapsed. I advised the owner immediately and she encouraged to me fix the cupboard door myself. I was unable to fix the hinge but I advised the owner if she wanted to have someone look at the cupboard door please just let me know the day and time. There was no response from the owner. The owner is blaming us for the issues with the cupboard door but this is not our fault it is her responsibility and a sensible and caring owner would be apologizing to us for the poorly constructed kitchen cabinets not blaming the guests. There was a lack of hot water, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive hot water. The faucets were also reversed, hot water to the left in the kitchen and then to the right in the shower. This is very dangerous (if not illegal) and someone could be injured (burned) by this. This obviously needs a plumber's attention. The dishwasher did not dry properly. Whenever we used the dishwasher I had to dry the dishes by hand.. Cleanliness. We were staying for 17 days and I asked the owner if a "soft clean" was available during our stay. The owner said no. We own a time share in Hawaii where we stay for one month at a time. At that resort, we receive two "soft cleans" per week. Over 17 days, that would amount to 5 "soft cleans". Out of space.

The property was just as described with a wonderful front and back patio, a variety of pools to access and an easy drive from the airport, to downtown, and about an hour away from Joshua Tree National Park. Cindy was great to work with.

great stay, golf vacation

We had a great stay, the property is pretty and very well located. The grocery store is just around the corner and we really appreciated. it. The place is comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed. We had a little problem at our arrival with the doorhandle and Cindy got it fixed very quickly. Nice golf courses all around. We will be back!

Quite Oasis

Nice clean condo with furnishings that met our expectations. Common grounds were green & lush and beautifully maintained. Numerous salt water pools & hot tubs throughout the property that were clean, & heated, with two being within a very short walking distance from unit. Beds comfortable, but our mobility challenged sister could not get into either bed due to their height and unfortunately had to sleep on sleeper sofa (which we were glad it had). TV in main room worked differently every time we used it, but had numerous channels which was a plus. TVs in both bedrooms did not work properly. Owner was responsive when I informed her, however the TV directions she referred us to were not for the TV brands in bedrooms and we were unable to make either operate. Overall nice condo, sun & shade patios were wonderful and I’d be pleased to stay there again.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very well located and meticulously maintained. Our only issue was the inability to get the main TV to work after following all instructions to the letter. The host tried to help, but perhaps a prior guest had messed with the connections. Despite that, we highly recommend this property.

Schön, guter Preis beste Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgerüstet. Man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Der Pool ist keine 200m entfernt. Wer früh kommt schwimmt alleien.Der Supermarkt Trader Joes ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Palm Springs ist immer eine Reise wert und das Oasis Resort bietet einen super Aufenthalt.

Excellent gated community in convenient location

We loved our stay at the Oasis Resort. The grounds are beautiful and the location is convenient to downtown Palm Springs and beautiful hikes such as Tahquitz Canyon and Murray Canyon. There is a grocery store that's within walking distance or only a couple of minutes by car. The condo has updated furnishings and the kitchen was stocked decently with cookware, etc. The supply of bath and pool towels was generous compared to other rentals we've used. Loved having laundry in the garage for cleaning up our dusty hiking clothes and use of the garage for our rental car. The pools are smallish, but since there are so many on the resort's grounds, one can always find a quiet one and choose shade or sun depending on one's desires. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would love to return!
