    Situated in the gorgeous gated community of Brava, this condo offers a wonderful experience with community pools, spas and a small workout gym. Located on Country Club Drive, just a block from Bristol Farms, Albertsons and many restaurants!



    INTERIOR SPACE

    This is a two level Condo. Located on the first floor is a beautiful welcoming entrance and access to a two-car garage. As you make your way to the top of the staircase you are welcomed by the large living room, open kitchen and dining area. Perfect for entertaining. Located across the kitchen is a large patio featuring three burner BBQ and an outdoor dining table for four. Enjoy the views with your favorite meal. The living room features large sofas with ample seating and a 85 in. SmartTV. Enjoy morning coffee on the kitchen island. Gather your loved ones around the indoor dining table for six. Kitchen is amply stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals. Located down the hall are sleeping quarters and a built-in work desk. Property features two car garage for guests use, and laundry room with a standard size washer & dryer.



    SLEEPING QUARTERS

    Primary bedroom features a king bed, 42in. SmartTV, large walk-in closet, and a private patio perfect for reading a book or to enjoy a cup of morning coffee. The en-suite bath features a walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanities with ample space. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, closet, and a 32in. SmartTV.



    OUTDOOR SPACE

    The gated community of Brava features two community pools, two spas and a small workout room in the clubhouse. The gated community is great for short walks. Guest parking is available in the clubhouse parking lot.

Palm Desert Paradise

This beautiful vacation rental is a corner unit and centrally located in Palm Desert. It offers security, privacy and is accessible to a boutique grocery store and shopping mall steps away. The unit itself is very charming, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The rooms are bright and clean. There is a private and quaint patio off the Kichen to enjoy the perfect breakfast sunrise or evening sunset. The facility has a beautiful pool, which is also private and remote. An excellent choice for a Palm Springs/Palm Desert adventure.

A True Home Away from Home in Palm Desert

Five star stay! This beautiful Palm Desert Home had everything we could've asked for. The home is spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and a layout that offers great privacy for families or groups. The large living room and dining room, made it easy to spend time together, while the covered patio was perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The amenities were outstanding, including access to two beautiful pools, and on-site gym, and a well equipped laundry room. The walkable location was another highlight, with grocery stores, shops, and great restaurant options nearby. From the comfort of the home to the convenience of the location, every detail made our stay feel effortless and welcoming. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing and relaxing stay

We loved this townhouse in Palm Desert. It was centrally located, close to everything. Complex is quiet, with lovely landscaping, gym and two recently renovated pool areas. Shopping and restaurants close by walking. Nice walking options within the complex, or you can take relaxing walk to the Marriot hotel down the street. It has a large garage with direct access to the unit. I love the master bedroom in this unit, it is luxurious, with lovely patio and master bathroom. there are two other bedrooms with second bathroom. There is also a quiet and separate office area, convenient for hybrid work. Kitchen, dining room and living room are comfortable and very well equipped, with an amazing south facing patio - perfect for the morning coffee. There is huge smart TV perfect for watching games or movies. We are regular visitors every year, and will be back in couple of months. Highly recommend this townhouse.
