« Worst experience. A few days before our trip the host canceled us via messages. It being coachella weekend, we had to scramble and find a different property. Our reservation was never considered "cancelled" on Vrbo and was still listed as a "booked" reservation. Hence why I am able to write this review. Technically if the reservation is canceled on Vrbo, we would have been notified via email AND guests aren't prompted to write a review. I myself am a short term rental host and know the back end...

« The room and property were beautiful and exceptionally clean and upkept. The issue I had was at check-in. The room I paid for was for a 1 bedroom suite with dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc. The room I was given was an approximate 300 sq ft guest room. It was fine, but not what I paid for. I did not have time to remedy this since they did not allow me access to my room until close to 6pm and by then I had meetings I was rushing to. I was contacted by the hotel to let me know they...
