« Stay was great, but they need to update their listing for towels. We were told to ask for more if needed. So I did and they got back with me and said they would bring some. They never brought more, and there is a sign that says enjoy our beach towels for the hot springs. But, there wasn’t any. « This place was a great home base for activities in Pagosa, Durango, and the surrounding areas. The only missing amenity would have been a hot tub, this could really put this place over the top. As others mentioned, noise from floors above is loud, but that is part of staying in a log cabin. We got used to it by the second night and the fandeliers in the rooms help with the noise and comfort. »

« We enjoyed our stay a lot . The entry door/key was a problem. Once we used the code you provided we could relook the door from the outside. I talked with the local housekeeper who helped me open a lockbox which provided me a key. Worked well until we had to leave since the lady instructed me to leave the key inside upon departure-this I had to leave with the cabin unlocked. This needs to be remedied »

« The home exceeded our expectations. Much better than the pictures. The home had all the kitchenware and appliances that we needed. The cabinets were stocked with all kinds of supplies. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptional. When it snowed, they had a person clear the driveway and rear deck for us. Management team was very responsive to our needs. « Everything about this cabin was amazing! The property owners were very easy to work with and helpful and very easy to communicate with. The only negative thing I could say is that the driveway was slick during times, which they had warned us about. We will definitely be coming back here with a bigger party. »

« Great place and host was very accommodating. Just outside The main part of town but was able to do so much. Snowboarding a couple times, Snow mobile ride, good thai food and soaked in the hot springs (a little stinky though).
