'Heel mooi en fijn hotel in de Union Square area. Mooie en comfortabel kamers, art deco meubels. Aardig personeel. Waterapparaat op begane grond, waar je je flesje bij kan vullen. In de buurt vele restaurants en de cable car, ander openbaar vervoer.'

'Swimmers beware: I booked this stay specifically because of the lap pool. However, the pool is closed without an expected re-open date. The pool is still advertised everywhere. The hotel was otherwise fine, and I appreciated the included breakfast and the view from the restaurant area.'

'There was nothing in the room except 2 water glasses in the bathroom. The complementary coffee downstairs was weak (and fake cream). No store to buy sodas etc. (just a vending machine). Front desk people were friendly but didn't even know the closest location to buy real coffee and a bagel. Not staying there again.'

'Great room and low street noise since our room was not face street, with comp water in the room. Free coffee & tea in the restaurant, though since small staff priority is understandably to the paid clients, after 15 minutes to wait to refill cafinated coffee, we end up leaving and going elsewhere. 'Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf hier gehad. Waren op een rondreis, dus leven uit een koffer. Hierom hadden we een wat grotere kamer geboekt om de spullen makkelijk kwijt te kunnen. Vriendelijk personeel bij inchecken, niet moeilijk en snel. Badjassen, slippers en een waterkoker waren op aanvraag beschikbaar en snel geleverd. Mooie en vooral schone kamer. De douchegel die aanwezig was is zoooo lekker. Alleen daarvoor zou ik al terug gaan ;). '
