« We were delighted to find that the property had received an upgrade in amenities since the pictures we saw. It's quite large and spacious, even our group of 11 felt comfortable. « The property was ok, fairly easy access to the beach. One bedroom had giant windows overlooking the main path of the property and did not have curtains. It was nice to be able to have our dog though and no huge fee for him to be with us. It was a perfect spot for our families long weekend »

« This adorable cottage overlooking the ocean is a tiny Lincoln City beach paradise. The property is clean and the garden is beautiful. We just left the screen door opened and listen to and watched the waves (when it was raining) and it was magical! A great relaxing weekend! »

« Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable....

« We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again! »

« This place definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to find and when we showed up, everything was very clean. The view from the entire house of the coastline is absolutely stunning. The upstairs loft was extremely comfortable to watch movies with the family and sip coffee in the morning while looking at the beautiful views. The back deck was extremely large and had lots of room for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on coming back. »

« Entry stairs were tough for my parents. House was clean. Served our needs. There was no view at all, although it was not advertised with a view. I wrongly assumed a house on the beach with sand dunes meant we would have access from the house. We had to walk a short distance to access beach. »

« This was our first time at the Swell House, but second time with Kiwanda properties. Communication with the host was great. The unit was very clean, awesome location, and we all had a fun time. My only gripes are the kitchen ware is subpar. This goes for all VRBO stays and other rentals we’ve done. All kitchens are set up with the “bare minimum.” I understand most people go out to eat on vacations, but janky cookware and lack of basics such as salt and pepper get old. Magnifique vue, insonorisation chambres
"Pour notre road trip sur la côte de l’Oregon nous avons choisi cet établissement à un prix vraiment attractif (basse saison novembre 2023) 105 euros la nuit. A ce prix nous avons profité d’un couché de soleil depuis la chambre face à l’océan dans notre lit king, ensuite seance sauna, bain à remous et piscine, et pour finir le lendemain un petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont vraiment très propres et très confortables, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Seuls deux points négatifs: 1/ Nous avons été réveillé à 6H30 à cause de la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, des enfants parlaient assez fort 2/ Le petit déjeuner n’est pas vraiment interessant, produits industriels, peu de gout, aucun fruits frais etc… difficile de trouver des petits déjeuner correct ici."
