'Very cute and very basic. Exactly what you need to sleep, eat, shower and relax. The bed was quite comfy!! The staff was nice enough, but didn’t really explain much about the accommodation or area. Which I was ok with that, I was doing my own exploring. I spent two nights and loved the view and being on White River. Great location for fishing, hiking canoeing/kayaking….'

'We absolutely loved the veiw and the cleanliness of the cottage The nature the quietness. The entire experience. Just wish we could have stayed longer. But the walk back up from the lake was hard on us. My husband has copd and i had hip surgery not long ago. Just wish there was a better way up and down. But we give it all in all. A 99 out of 100. Thank you all at beaver lake cottages. '

'It was the cabin in the woods, peaceful. The roads are gravel but Arkansas private roads are mostly gravel. Was clean and kitchen was stocked and ready for use with the appliances cookware and utensils. Not far from town and sites. Highly recommend if you don't want a regular hotel. Oh, the Jacuzzi was fabulous.'

'The location was perfect! Felt like we were in the middle of the woods but we were actually right near all the attractions. It was plenty of room for 4 of us. The only negative was the presence of ants in the kitchen sink area and we did kill several wasps inside the cabin during our stay. '

'This was a great place to stay! The location was ideal for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. (Electric griddle, crock pot, adult and kid friendly dishes, and even extras like foil, plastic wrap and wax paper.) The toddler bed in the upstairs master suite closet was perfect for our 2 yr. old grandson, he loved it! Plenty of couch room for us all the sit comfortably to watch the Chief's game. It had a nice large lot toward the end of the street and all 3 of our cars...
