Newly Renovated Charming Oxford Condo Located Steps to the Square!

NEWLY RENOVATED (Brand New Furniture, Floors, and Paint) 2 bedroom condo, 2 blocks off the square!! Tucked away in Pecan Grove this unit is located in a small charming and quiet complex. Best part of this condo is it is walking distance to the square! Perfect spot for orientation, gamedays, or even just a getaway to Oxford. Please note that is condo is on the second floor in which there is no elevator to get to the condo. There are stairs outside to use to be able to get you up to our unit!

This condo includes:
2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds (BRAND NEW)
1 bathroom provided with fantastic towels

Amenities of this 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo include:
Television in the living area with full roku capabilities
A Full Kitchen with all your basic supplies (silverware, plates, cups, and pots/pans)
Along with salt, pepper, olive oil & vegetable oil
Wireless Internet

HOUSE RULES
There are no parties or loud music allowed, as this home adjoins other townhomes with common walls.
No Smoking whatsoever is allowed inside or on the deck of the Condo.
No Pets allowed
Guest will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make


Parking is free and there are two spots located at the complex. However, if you do have more people over they will have to park on the square and walk to the complex! Iit is not a far walk at all!

Perfect Condo and Location!

I own two VRBO properties on the beach, so I know what to look for in a quality property. After doing my research this condo was my number one choice in Oxford. It was everything and more when I stayed. Clean, updated, and very comfortable. Very convenient to the square. Instead of calling for dinner reservations I just walked to the restaurant that afternoon. You will be very pleased with this condo!

Perfect College Visit!

We are a family from NC that stayed in this unit when we came and toured Ole Miss for our daughter. Location was perfect (right at the square) and unit was clean and spacious. Will definitely try to re-book for future Parent's weekends in Oxford!
