'I always frequent this hotel when visiting London and it was lovely as always only the fact that I had pre requested a late checkout cause my flight left at 9 pm an they had said ok then when I arrived the day before I was leaving I had received a note stating that the late check out was not possible and that i'll have to vacate at 12. After much discussion I was able to get a late checkout till 1 pm. Wasn't very convenient nor great since I am a frequent customer to this hotel.'

'Staff is very welcoming. Very nice room, good bed etc. Very conveniently located near Warren St Underground, only a few stops away from Leicester Square and direct line to Waterloo Stattion. Pub is quiet, yet cosy and has a nice roof terrace. Please don't spread the word! Want to keep this place to myself ;-)'

'We absolutely loved 1 Hotel Mayfair. The location is located near where all the most exciting festivities take place in London and is just steps from the Underground to travel in all directions. The staff is attentive, professional and courteous. The room is classy and spotless. I plan to return to 1 Hotel Mayfair for my next trip to London. '
