« The outside of the property needs some improvements and sprucing up. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, turned our feet black. The beds are ok, but not very comfortable. The metal bed frame made loud noise when turning over in the beds. The mattress could defiantly use an upgrade. The reclining chair in the room had a large paint stain and needs cleaned or replaced. And the arm of it was kind of broken. The table between the beds was sticky. The bathtub faucet leaks, doesn't shut off...

« The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice, and looked fresh and clean. Everything in the room looked updated. We especially enjoyed having a television in the living room area and in the bedroom . My husband was able to watch his shows while I slept. The kitchen was very clean and there was an icemaker in the fridge, which was very convenient. »

« Never stayed at a better place. The cleanliness of the entire property was immaculate. Front desk was amazing. 530-7 kickback every night was truly remarkable. My family looks forward to the next vacation and staying at Drury Inn!!! »

« The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...

« All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options. The only downside was a couple of potholes in the parking lot. »

« We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon. This made no sense!! There was still a half an hour left of breakfast. We heard many others around us say the same...
