'Stayed there 4 nights during the Bluegrass festival in Manteo. It was very comfortable and clean with a microwave and fridge in our room. The place is a bit worn, but not terrible. It was a good value at approximately $75 per night.'

'I had a fantastic time at the Sand Dollar Motel. Every staff member I met went above and beyond to help me feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. Mrs Christina and her father, and their new employee Billy were all fantastic and a blast to meet for the first time. My grandparents stayed here often before I was born, and it feels kismet to have spent time here myself. 'Customer service was good... they needed to nickel and dime us for another 30 bucks because of a last minute addition.. so fyi, they do care about how many people are in your room. Would have been nice to have a smoking area somewhere on property... also would have been nice to be told what to do at checkout. I was never instructed what to do with the key, nor given the wifi password. But.. the reason this property gets a 10/10.. was simply do to the showers water pressure. It felt like a fire...

'Prima motel vlak bij het strand (5 min lopen) verder dicht bij allerlei gelegenheden zoals restaurants en animatie. Kamers waren schoon en ook het zwembad werd goed bijgehouden. Al met al meer dan prima voor een gezin met 2 jonge kinderen!'
