« A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. »

« Idéal pour visiter Portland en laissant sa voiture à l'hôtel. 10mn à pied de la ligne de tram orange qui dessert directement le centre-ville. Rapport qualité prix très bon. »

« Le personnel est très/trop attentionné, on nous a téléphoné à 10h30 pour nous dire qu'il fallait quitter à 11h... Une première parmi les 20 hôtels/motels que nous avons visité. Le secteur n'est pas pratique si on veut utiliser le transport en commun, c'est plutôt loin des coins intéressants de Portland. »

« Our room in OYO Hotel in St. Helen's, OR, was very basic. It was clean and the beds were adequate. The floor had paint spills all over it and the walls had some holes and peeling paint. There was a large refrigerator. The staff member at check-in was VERY nice and funny. Unfortunately, he had to ask everyone for a CASH damage deposit since their system for holding deposits was not working with credit cards. We did not have the amount he was asking for, but he accepted $40. We thought this...
