Villa's in Westelijk Iowa

'The breakfast was one of the best ever. Every choice you could imagine and plenty of each. The fruit was fresh, which is usually not the case when a bowl is set out at other hotels. I was late getting down at 9:55 a.m. and the desk gal said “Take as much time as you need; I can wait.“ So kind to accommodate me.'

'I have been staying at this hotel for many years, but this was the last time. The Internet access is horrible. It times out at least once per hour, requiring you to refresh your login to get on line. Sometimes, the speed is so slow you can hardly download email. Another coworker of mine has made the same decision for the same reason. Beyond that, the breakfast is really poor.'

'We only stayed one night but everything was suberb'

'Clean rooms and the staff were really friendly.'

'Very friendly and accommodating staff. Flexible with checkin'

'The room was beautiful and very clean. We love the view of the river.'

'Very unfriendly service at the main desk, since I had a lot of luggage I had requested a first floor room close to the parking, I got a second floor room at the end of the corridor, the unfriendly lady at the desk told me that it was because I booked through hotels.com, and not through their site. If I had complaints I should turn to hotels.com. So if you like to book through hotels.com choose another hotel and avoid this one.'

'Everything was perfect! I really appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom'

'The room was clean but carpet was dirty & stained. Staff was very helpful in changing our room to accommodate us to let us be closer to an outdoor electrical outlet for our EV car.'

'Nice hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good for a hotel. I was missing frosted flakes though! My only complaint is that the pool was closed and the group I was traveling with were all looking forward to the pool.'

'This is a nice place and comfortable every time I stay here, however, the last two times I’ve waited 15-20 minutes at front desk just to check in. This is unfortunate considering the facilities are clean and nice.'
