Al Castello Home Holidays Bilo is a small holiday home for 3 guests in Otranto,
on the ground floor of a recently-renovated apartment building. The
independent one-bedroom apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning,
washing machine, tv, iron and ironing board, electric oven, hair-dryer.
The apartment is near the castle of Otranto and its beautiful old town
centre on the sea. Pets are not allowed.

castle in Otranto and 250 meters away from the beautiful cathedral
dedicated to Santa Maria Annunziata, with the ancient mosaic all along
the aisle and the 800-martyr crypt. Near the two holiday homes there are
many amenities such as supermarket, cafè, tobacco shops, pharmacy,
shops and restaurants. The closest sandy beach is 1,5 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There is 1 free parking pass per unit.
- Air conditioning in the bedroom.
