'This house has it all! Pool, river access, pool table, sauna, hot tub, big stocked kitchen, lots of room to spread out. We had 11 adults, 2 children and it was a great week vacation with everyone! '

'5 Stars!! We enjoyed our stay at this Renshaw Bay lakefront property. The house was cozy & inviting, washer/dryer & dishwasher a plus. Comfortable beds, nice updated kitchen & bathrooms. I suggest grab bars for getting in & out of the shower/tub because of its height. Adam was quick at communicating when we had questions. Best of all was double decks overlooking the lake and stairs right down to the water! Enjoyed the kayaks when the lake was calm. Sunsets are gorgeous! We definitely want to go...

'Loved this property! Cozy but also roomy & updated kitchen. View of Lake Ontario was breath-taking and back deck/yard was even better than the pictures! Breezes off the lake were wonderful. 'Our group consisted of 8 adults and one kiddo. Plenty of room for more. Great access to the lake with a nice dock. Huge living room and nice deck overlooking the lake. Fire ring near the dock.. Our second time here, won't be our last! Owners were super responsive, very accommodating!'

'This is a very unique property. It is very well appointed and great property to relax with friends. The small downtown and local distillery with amazing food and drink is within a short walk. The swim spa is great, even if you can't figure out the controls. The layout and details of the spaces are interesting yet groovy. The coffee bar was an unexpected treat. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a house with character and that loves amazing bathrooms. One note...there...

'Enjoyed our stay at this cottage located between Sodus Bay and lake Ontario. Great access to both bodies of water. Cottage was clean and cute and had all the basic amenities. Had an issue with the ac that the owner was quick to communicate and remedy situation. Beautiful sunsets over lake Ontario. '

'Although I personally didn’t stay at this property I stayed at their other property. My brother in law stayed there with his son, grandson, brother in law and his wife. They stated the place was very clean and comfortable everything was as listed in description. My brother in law Ken needed to stay down in the game room ( bedroom and bathroom) is there, because of health not able to do stairs. He stated it was comfortable only thing missing was a fridge. He had his son bring a small fridge to...

'We were in town for access to Syracuse University and work in Baldwinsville. This location was a perfect spot to be close to both areas. The property is as described and communication was clear and easy. There were some small issues, such as connecting to the wifi, but the property contact responded swiftly and positively. The view from the porch is lovely. There is not much in the town so be sure to grab groceries on the way in! We look forward to using this place again in future visits...
