Whether Florida is your destination for beautiful beaches, renowned golf courses or popular theme parks, enjoy your stay at our privately owned, family-friendly Sunset Palms Villa. Perfectly located just outside the congested tourist area on a cul-de-sac in a tranquil community, this beautiful villa is waiting to be your home away from home. Sunset Palms Villa is conveniently situated in the Greater Groves Community on Route 27 off US 192, just 10 miles from the Disney main gate.

This villa is the owner's personal vacation home, so no detail has been spared! We truly hope that you enjoy your stay at our villa as much as we do!

THE MAIN LIVING AREA:
The formal living room is bright and open and offers a sofa and chair. There is also a desk equipped with FREE Wi-Fi High-Speed Internet so you can easily connect your laptop for web surfing, checking on flights, purchasing theme park tickets, or working (but we hope you don’t have to!) A telephone with free nationwide long-distance calling is provided.

The brightly lit formal dining room is right off the kitchen and easily seats 6-8, perfect for casual family meals or grand holiday celebrations.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with full-sized appliances and offers a wide array of utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances such as a coffee pot, toaster, and crockpot. The breakfast nook provides additional seating, adding a table and two chairs, and the breakfast bar adds seating for five more.

Snuggle in on the large sectional sofa and watch a movie on the huge, brand new 75” 4K Roku smart TV (bring your own streaming service login info or enjoy some free channels), or pop a Blu-ray movie or PS3 game into the PlayStation. The family room also offers an assortment of board games, a wide range of DVDs for the entire family, and books if you want to spend some time indoors.

The refreshing private pool is situated under a screened lanai just off the main living area and is flanked by loungers for basking in the sun. This south-facing pool is greeted by sun from morning till night. Enjoy some of the best Florida sunsets from the upgraded patio furniture for alfresco dining or a comfy place in the shade to watch the kids swim.

The Game Room includes a full-size Pool Table, Air Hockey, and Darts. It also has a 32" TV with Roku (bring your own streaming service login info or enjoy some free channels), seating, ceiling fan w/ light, and a portable A/C unit.

The Laundry Room is located off the Game Room and kitchen and is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, and Iron/Ironing Board.

THE BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom is spacious and attractive, boasting a King size bed, nightstands, bench, dresser, walk-in closet with safe, ceiling fan w/light, and a large 65” 4K Roku smart TV (bring your own streaming service login info or enjoy some free channels). The en suite master bathroom has “His and Hers” sink vanities, soaking tub, separate toilet room and a spacious, fully tiled, walk-in shower.

One of the twin rooms is all pink and flowers! Offering two twin beds, a nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan w/light, large closet and a 43” 4K Roku smart TV (bring your own streaming service login info or enjoy some free channels).

The third bedroom has dinosaurs roaming here! Two twin beds are separated by a nightstand. A dresser is situated below a 43” 4K Roku smart TV (bring your own streaming service login info or enjoy some free channels). This room also offers a ceiling fan w/light.
Both twin rooms share a hall bath, which includes a tub w/shower, toilet and single sink.

The fourth bedroom is the second master bedroom. What a retreat! This room is located at the far end of the house, away from the other bedrooms, and offers a King size bed, two nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan w/light, and a 55” 4K Roku smart TV (bring your own streaming service login info or enjoy some free channels).
The separate, private bathroom for the second master is spa-inspired, offering a sink with vanity, toilet and large, walk-in, fully-tiled shower. This bathroom conveniently has pool access!

The Community offers a children’s playground with swings and slides, a basketball court, tennis courts, a huge pool, a pool house with restrooms, and a large, open area perfect for a game of Frisbee or football.
