'The place was nice, great space for my two teens and myself, and comfortable. The location was convenient to get everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The only thing I would change is having darker curtains or blinds to utilize in the master bedroom for people that are not morning people. I would definitely stay here again!!'

'Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised based on some of the harsh reviews we had seen. A very nice big space for us to relax in and the villa was situated in a quiet and secure community. A nice little welcome pack provided us with some cleaning products and the house was fully stocked with fresh towels for use which was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the air con was welcomed greatly. The pool was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures, very clean and had its chemical levels...

'Great rental property located in the center of The Villages. Comfortable furniture and bed. This is our sixth time visiting The Villages. We had a wonderful time golfing at the executive courses, dancing to the music at Brownstone and Sumter Landing squares. Enjoyed each day investigating so many activities. So much fun. 'Arian and his wife are perfect hosts. The place was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of room for 1 or 2 people, with a private bedroom and bathroom. Exquisitely decorated with attention to every detail. Arian is a fabulous chef and gets your day started right with a wonderful breakfast. If I am in that area again, I know where I will be staying.'

'Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen.'
