The property is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from the entrance of Walt Disney World. Easy access to I-4 provides a direct route to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Orlando International Airport (MCO). Public transportation is limited; a personal vehicle or rideshare service is recommended.

Important Information:
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
• Smoking: Not allowed anywhere on the property.
• Pets: No pets allowed.
• Starter Supplies: Soap, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to start your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing as needed.
• Housekeeping: No required cleaning before departure, but excessive messes will incur an additional charge.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM per Osceola County ordinance. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Community Access & Parking Rules:
Champions Gate Resort is a secure, gated community that requires all guests to be registered before arrival.
• Each home is limited to six (6) vehicles total, including visitor cars.
• All drivers and vehicles must be pre-registered to receive gate access.
• If your group expects more than six cars, please notify us a few days before arrival so we can request HOA approval.
• Rideshare vehicles (Uber, Lyft, taxis) do not count toward the six-vehicle limit, but the guest riding must be listed on the registration and must inform the gate they are arriving via rideshare.
• Gate passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared between vehicles.
• Unregistered or unauthorized vehicles may be turned away by HOA security.
