« This is our first experience renting from a vrbo and we were impressed! Edwin's Evergreen Suite was comfy cozy and clean. Excellent price point as well. Upon realizing that the couch is a futon bed we were also impressed that it could accommodate easily another guest if needed and it had a mini fridge too in addition to the K-Cup coffee machine. « When booking, I did not realize that it was an apartment attached to the owners house and I probably wouldn’t have booked otherwise as I prefer some privacy but we gave it a chance anyway and I’m glad we did because we actually enjoyed the stay! We were there only one night for my kids baseball tournament. The apartment was clean, quiet, and pet friendly with a small fenced lot to let dogs use the bathroom. « This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. « Had an amazing stay! Property was exactly how it was described- clean, comfortable, very safe. (As a solo woman traveling alone feeling safe always makes a trip easier) The bed and sheets were sooo comfortable! Micki was kind, attentive, incredibly responsive and happily accommodated me, making my entire experience was seamless.
