This four-bedroom, three-bath home has been recently refurbished and painted and offers spacious and gracious living for the discerning guest. The home has an open plan layout, with 2 Master bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms both with King size beds, 2 further bedrooms have Twin beds and share a bathroom.

The Living room and both Master bedrooms have flat screen televisions for guest convenience. The Kitchen and flooring was recently upgraded.

You will find your backyard oasis, with a gorgeous deck and south facing swimming pool, a covered lanai offering welcome shade in the summer months and your own golf course views.

This home is perfect for those wanting to enjoy all the attractions Orlando has to offer, while still wanting to have a place to relax unbothered!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
