🚗 Parking Restrictions / Guidelines

- Do not park in fire lanes, on grass, or block sidewalks/driveways
- Some spaces may be marked for residents only — guests should park in unmarked/general spaces
- HOA or property management may tow violators at the vehicle owner’s expense

🗑 Garbage / Trash Pickup Policy
**No curbside pickup at each unit — Villas at Somerset uses shared dumpster/recycling stations
- Guests should bag trash securely and take it to the designated community dumpster located near the main clubhouse parking lot:
