Guest Information & Charges
At Tropical Villas Orlando, we're dedicated to providing a seamless and enjoyable stay. Here's what you need to know before check-in:
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
🚭 No Smoking & No Pets – To maintain a fresh, allergy-friendly environment, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A $400 fee will apply for violations.
🏡 Housekeeping Services – Our properties are professionally cleaned before arrival, but daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee.
🍽 Food & Storage Policy – Florida law prohibits storing open food in the unit. For hygiene reasons, condiments, spices, and coffee are not provided before check-in.
📦 Starter Supplies – Your villa includes a starter pack of essentials (trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries). Once depleted, guests are responsible for additional supplies.
🔥 BBQ Grill Rental – BBQ grill rental is available for an additional fee. If the grill is not cleaned after use, an $80 cleaning fee will be charged.
🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee – To maintain high cleanliness standards, a $100 fee applies if additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service.
🌡️ Pool Heating (if applicable) – Want to enjoy a warm swim? Pool heating is available for $50 per day and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in. The service must be booked for the entire stay.
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request with advance notice of 72 hours from the arrival date. Subject to availability.
