    Runaway Beach Club Resort is een luxe familie resort midden in het toeristische centrum van Florida, op slechts 4,8 km van Walt Disney World Resort. Tropisch aangelegde, deze gated community bestaat uit charmante twee verdiepingen tellende pastelkleurige Key West-stijl villa's rond een centrale fontein lagune. Gasten kunnen wandelen of joggen langs het schilderachtige pad langs het water. Twee verwarmde zwembaden bieden zwem- en zonnenopties voor het hele gezin --- een South Beach themabad voor volwassenen plus een leuk, kleurrijk kindvriendelijk zwembad met waterpartijen en toegang tot de diepte. Een bubbelbad, gelegen naast de zwembaden, biedt een romantische setting voor koppels. Geaccentueerd door gracieuze palmbomen, omringt het uitgestrekte dekgebied beide zwembaden en kijkt uit over de prachtig aangelegde lagune. Overal op het dek zijn voldoende comfortabele ligstoelen en parasoltafels aanwezig. .

    Het clubhuis van het resort heeft een modern fitnesscentrum (geopend van 08.00 uur tot 16.00 uur). Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het gehele complex. Er zijn GEEN extra dagelijkse toegangstoeslag voor het resort.

    Deze rookvrije, ruime unit van 1667 m² heeft de grootste plattegrond in het resort, met 3 slaapkamers + zolder. De villa is gunstig gelegen dicht bij het clubhuis en het zwembad, direct aan de lagune. Het appartement weerspiegelt een flair aan de kust met meubels in cottage-stijl, strandthema-inrichting en een kleurenschema van zachte zonneschijn met tinten van heldere lucht en diepe oceaanblues. Plafondventilatoren in elke kamer geven het gevoel van een zeebriesje. Een open woon- en eetkamer met 20-voet kathedraal plafonds biedt voldoende ruimte om te eten, loungen en samenzijn met familie en vrienden. Een loft, met uitzicht op de woonkamer, bevat een tafelvoetbal en biedt nog een geweldig gebied om te socialiseren, vooral voor kinderen en "kids at heart". De gastronomische keuken heeft hoogwaardige apparatuur, granieten aanrecht met ontbijtbar en is volledig uitgerust met kookgerei en servies. Een grote eettafel biedt plaats aan vier comfortabel. De ruime hoofdslaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een grote inloopkast, zodat u uw bagage gemakkelijk kunt opbergen; en de ruime master bad is compleet met tuin bad. Er zijn ook 2 gastenslaapkamers, elk met een queensize bed en een eenpersoonsbed, geschikt voor verschillende gezinsgroottes. Twee tweepersoons slaapbanken in de woonkamer en een tweepersoons slaapbank op de zolder bieden extra slaapmogelijkheden voor grotere gezinnen. Een grote hal bad is gunstig gelegen nabij de 2 gastenkamers. Een grote wasmachine en droger zijn toegankelijk vanuit de hal. Een grote 42-inch flatscreen televisie is te vinden in de woonkamer en slaapkamer. Een 37-inch flatscreen televisie bevindt zich in het hok en beide gast slaapkamers; en een dvd-speler biedt entertainment voor het hele gezin in de woonkamer. Als een 2e verdieping unit, biedt dit appartement veiligheid, vrede en rust zonder lawaai van buren hierboven.

Stress-free stay

Patsy was an exceptional host. Every concern (there were very few) we brought to her was resolved immediately to our great satisfaction. The additional helpful info she provides to you prior to arrival is incredibly thorough, covering all possible aspects of your stay. The location was very close to the Disney parks. The neighborhood was secure and pristine, very peaceful and quiet. The condo was extremely comfortable for us - beds good, bathrooms spacious, wi-fi strong, kitchen well-supplied, up-to-date and clean, huge vaulted living room with two large sofas, breakfast bar. The fun loft above the living room also has a couch, TV, and a foosball table! It made a tiring week of carting 4 kids to the parks much easier on dad and me. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and this host to all. Thank you for a wonderful week, Patsy!

Plenty of room for R&R

Owner was helpful & informative. Lots of room for our family to spread out and hang out. Easy access to Disney. Could have used more amenities (only 1 potholder, bar soap ran out, can opener didn't work). Despite this, I would highly recommend.

Great vacation location!

Our Disney vacation was perfect and made easy and so comfortable because of this condo rental! Thank you to Patsy Hauser for information and help before our visit. Condo was exceptional and so comfortable - beautiful décor, very clean and convenient for everything we wanted to do! I would recommend this condo rental to friends and family who want to enjoy a clean and comfortable place to enjoy a vacation.

Best Family Villa and Resort

This was our first time not staying in a hotel and we were so impressed. The description and pictures are exactly what you get!!! Easy to locate and quick check in. The villa was quiet, bigger than we expected, clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, it's also located near everything. The resort was quiet, kept clean and safe. We will definitely book this villa again for our next Orlando trip.

Amazing and Spacious Condo

We stayed for a week at the condo and fell in love. There was so much room for the 8 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Each room is very spacious. Loved that there was a washer and dryer to use also. The pools were beautiful and relaxing after long days at the amusement parks. The condo is literally 5 minutes from Disney and only 25 minutes from Universal. And don't fret cause the Wal-mart is around the block. We will definitely being staying here again.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet

Excellent contact with the owner. Condo is spacious an had all we needed for our family holiday. The pool is nice, especially for kids up to ~10. We didn't like the pretty loud music there though. Else everything was quiet, in good order and as described.

Perfect family getaway

This condo is beautiful. Is clean, well kept, and easy to get to. The rental company was just down the rode, and check in was a breeze. The owner, Pasty was great. She returned emails fast, and was great to work with. My entire family loved the lay out of the home. Our 17 year old took the loft as her bedroom for the week. We are already planing to book this condo again soon.

Spectacular

My stay at Runaway Beach Resort in Kissimmee FL was extremely wonderful. It was in the perfect location with a clean,quiet and home like atmosphere. It is kid friendly. I would definitely recommend this resort to anybody.

Great place to stay in the Orlando area

It was our second time staying at this facility. The extra space at this condo was perfect for all ages. It was in perfect condition, nice and clean. The location is excellent with easy access to local restaurants, stores and pharmacies. It was easy to get to the Disney Parks and other places. If you are considering a place to stay, this is the one. I will recommend it to everyone. Alex

Great condo, close to everything!

Great condo, lots of room. Very clean, easy to find, close to everything! Walmart just around the corner and Disney just minutes away. Pool area very nice and great for kids. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks, we had a great vacation.

Was a Wonderful place

This condo was everything i expected .The pictures on the site are exactly what you see ...no surprises which i liked.Pasty (owner) was more than helpful responed very quickly to any questions i had.I was there a month and enjoyed everyday. walmart was walking distance which was nice for last minutes things .This condo was close to pool and spa area made going back and forth very easy.I would recommend this condo.

Great Condo; Great Value!

Spent 8 nights in February. Plenty of space for the two couples in our party. Close to Disney and Universal...and Walmart! Did Breakfast in and made lunches for the parks, saving money. The value is incredible; would stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.

Comforts of home near Disney

Nice to have a room of their own for everyone, cooking area for easy breakfast, nice living room to crash in after a long day in the parks and cheaper than staying in the parks. Did have noisy neighbors one night and a slow draining tub. Overall very happy we stayed here and plan to again on future family trips to Orlando.

This condo was more like a home away from home! Beautiful, clean, and very spacious! We absolutely loved it! Right from the get go booking was easy a pie. Patsy has great communication and answered all my questions. The condo itself was huge, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We will definitely be staying there again. Condo Review

We stayed in Patsy's condo for a mini vacation. She was wonderful in quickly answering any questions I had. The condo itself was located close to everything, but just far enough away from the chaos. My kids loved the condos pools & the condo was wonderful. The only con I can think of is that while it was fully stocked, the kitchen was lacking a spatula & tongs(it made breakfast interesting). All in all we will be keeping them in mind for any future trips to Orlando.

Great time!

This unit was fabulous! We needed a place to stay for 2 nights on our way to Miami to board a cruise and this place was great. We had tons of space and the office/condo was easy to find. The description and pictures did not do this place justice, it was very clean and very well taken care of. There were only 5 of us staying but we could have easily had 5 more people in there. Close to attractions as far as we could tell, close to shopping and groceries. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and was quick to take care of everything we needed. If we are ever in the area again, we wil be back!

PERFECT!! :)

Patsy is awesome to work with. The condo is exactly as she described. She sent me so much information about the area....I knew where to go before we arrived!!!! The unit is big...enough room for our family of 7 to spread out and relax after our days at the parks. The complex is clean and quiet....... It is close to Walmart for groceries (and MUCH cheaper souvenirs) with plenty of restaurants near by. The pool is great for kids and adults. Checking in is fast and easy! Everyone is super nice and make you feel right at home. This is our 2nd time to book with Patsy.....I'm planning next years trip now just waiting on the dates so I can book with her again!!!
