Private Villa For Holiday Rental

Hunts Florida Villa is a beautifully situated villa in a sub division called Slivercreek. Our villa is located approximately 15 minutes away from Disney’s main gate and is close to all the main attractions. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to have a fantastic holiday in Florida.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Including:

· One master bedroom with an en-suite

· One queen bedroom with an en-suite

· Two twin bedrooms (Boys/Girls)

· One full bedroom

· One family bathroom.

All linen and towels are provided. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen T.V

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you will need. Including the basic appliances:

· Fridge, with a water and ice dispenser

· Microwave

· Cooker/Oven

· Dishwasher

· Kettle

· Toaster

· Coffee machine

· Waste disposal unit

In the kitchen there is a 4 seater dining table, with a 2 seater breakfast bar. There is also a big 6 seater dining table located in the open plan dining/ living area.

The garage has been turned into a games room. The games room has a pool table, basketball hoop shoot and a football table. The washing machine and dryer are also located in the garage.

The villa has its own, private enclosed outdoor pool and spa. With an outdoor seating area, including loungers. The pool deck area was recently expanded, so there is plenty of space to relax in the sun.

The home has been recently updated and refurbished with modern furniture. Such as leather sofas and flat screen TVs. The two twin bedrooms have been brightly decorated as fun children bedrooms.



The villa also has supermarkets and gas stations close by, including Walmart, Publix and a 7 eleven.

Opposite the villa is a public children’s play area, which includes a climbing frame with a slide and swings for children to play on.
