This home, located 20 minutes from Disney World, will have everything your family needs from comfort to convenience. Play a round of Star Wars Galactic Mini-golf. Enjoy a fully stocked beautiful kitchen, and an open layout for family gatherings. The outdoor area with a covered patio dining space, pool, and hot tub is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day at the parks. Kids will love the themed rooms, featuring Frozen, Coco, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo, and Mickey Mouse ºoº

The space
This 9 bedroom home is located in Champions Gate, a gated community. Access to the clubhouse is included with your visit. In the clubhouse, you will find a full gym, movie theater, large pool, waterslides, beach volleyball, pickleball courts, great food options, and so much more!

In the home, you will find a spacious dining/living room area on the bottom floor. Out back, feel free to relax by the pool and enjoy shade of the patio or get some sun on the other side of the pool.

The master bathroom on the ground floor has a full-sized tub and easy access to the pool.

Here are our house rules — nothing too crazy, just a few things to help everyone have a great stay. By booking, you’re agreeing to these:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No pets, please. We love animals, but they’re not allowed here. Bringing one will result in a $500 fine.
• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere on the premises will result in a $1,000 fine.
• No parties or events are allowed. If this rule is broken, you’ll be charged $800 and asked to leave with no refund.
• While we welcome families, please note the property isn’t child-proof. Keep an eye on the little ones at all times!
• No food or drinks in the bedrooms or the pool area — it helps us keep things clean and comfy for everyone.
• Any damaged towels will incur a $12 replacement fee.
• We have a BBQ grill and propane tank ready for you (the tank may be empty — feel free to refill!). If you use the grill, there’s a $50 cleaning fee.
• Want the pool heated? It’s available for $25 per night (must be for your entire stay). It takes 10–14 hours to warm up to 90°F, so please let us know early if you’d like it!
• For groups between 17-19 individuals, a $25/night fee will be applied, for groups between 20-25, a $50/night fee will apply
• Pool cleaning happens weekly by a professional company. Occasionally, they might need to come more than once. If they arrive while you’re swimming, we’ll kindly ask you to hop out for a bit.
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp.
• If you check out after 10:01 AM, there’s a $100 late fee (it sounds crazy, but we need every minute to prep for the next guests — thanks for understanding!)
• Each additional late hour will be charged $200

Guest access
You will be able to access the entire home and the clubhouses in the community. The clubhouses have community pools, but you will also have access to the private pool in the back yard. Although Florida offers a warm climate, you may want to have the pool and spa heated when you visit. If you are interested in using the pool/spa heat for $25/night, please message Hunter.
