We spent 4 nights here on a Graduation Celebration. Everything was excellent accept the mattress in each room were very uncomfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Resort to others.

Clean, Well laid out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Contact with the Host was excellent. 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers make life with a lot of people a lot easier.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect — close enough to everything we wanted to do, yet quiet and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the entire experience stress-free. This rental truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great place and host!

We had 23 people stay and had enough room for all of us! The house, pool, and resort were all very nice. The host was super easy to talk and work with. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Vacation Home for Large Group

Clean, well maintained vacation home was ideal for our group of 20 ranging in age from 6 years to 73 years. Our host, Melody, was easy to communicate with, always answering any questions I had in a timely manner. Although we spent most of our time at Disney Parks, there were many activities available on the Solterra Resort prperty.

Great house for extended family!

We had a wonderful time during our family vacation! We had 5 separate families with lots of kids. The house worked great! Everyone had their own space and the common area was large enough to accommodate eating meals together. We really enjoyed the pool at the house and the resort amenities. Melody was super responsive to any questions we had. All in all a wonderful experience!

Family Xmas vacation

Overall we enjoyed the property. It has enough rooms with an adjacent private bathroom for almost every room which gives you privacy but at the same time the common areas are quite inviting to be there. We also went to the club house and everything was fine. Melody was very clear on her messages about all there is to know about the property. We had a great time and the house was a perfect match for our family needs.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall this is a great property. All living spaces were exactly as advertised and meet the needs for my family. Garage should probably not be used for storage of TV boxes so renters could feel more comfortable when using. Pool table and accessories need work. Actual pool was great and used often at the end of long days. My family and i would stay here again.

Awesome Week

Our family gathered for our 27th annual family reunion since 2019 due to Covid. The house was perfect for our family of 28. The house met our expectations. We were all comfortable. Plenty of space in the dining room and living room, bedrooms with bathrooms, pool area. The hosts were always available. I recommend this house for any large family get togethers. You will not be disappointed!

Xmas family vacation

The pictures of the house were spot on and what you see is what you got. Check in was a breeze as the information was provided prior to our arrival. Our host provided us with information on things to do other than the theme parks, she was accessible and answered our questions promptly. We had 23 people in the house and it was large enough to accommodate us without feeling like we were on top of each other. You will not be disappointed if you rent this house.

Overall a nice house

Our stay was very enjoyable. There were some things that would have made it better like more towels, washcloths and blankets being available, pool and spa heated, more seating in downstairs living room and upstairs, handicap bars in downstair master bathroom and other full bathroom in first floor. I have 4 relatives that are disabled and the absence of bars in the shower/bath and near toilets made it challenging. It also would have been nice to have had access to a sofa bed.

I really enjoyed the house. The process was very smooth. Everything was as stated on the directions. Some tvs were difficult to work. I injured my foot running from the rats at the front garbage bin. Property needs rat infestation treatment at the front entrance near the garbage. Other then the rats everything was great

Boys Volleyball Nationals

Perfect host and beautiful house. The house was very clean, no bugs or rodents. We chose this house because most bedrooms have their own bathroom and it worked out well. Trash was picked up every morning which I understand can be problematic at other house but we had no issues. With outdoor temps in the mid 90s the house stayed cool even upstairs. Keep your doors closed. Makes a big difference. There is room for two cars in the garage three in the driveway and you’re allowed passes up to five more vehicles. Those vehicles with passes will have to park a few houses down in the designated spots, but it really wasn’t an issue for us. The gate staff were very friendly and helpful. Host responded immediately before, during and after our stay which was very much appreciated.
