The kitchen has plenty of counterspace and is next to a formal dining area that seats eight as well as a kitchen island and small coffee nook. The living space is bright and well-furnished, with comfortable seating for the whole family.

Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate this rental. It offers guests a large enclosed lanai with a pool, a spa, and a grill to keep them refreshed and full. The pool deck is oversized, with more than enough space to host a pool party or to lounge under the sun.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of a minimum of $500 up to $1,000.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
