Guest access
The Resort is a guard gated community, all guests need to check-in at the gate first and will have full privileges to Resort amenities.
Unfortunately no pets allowed in the condo.

Other things to note
Rules: Only registered guests allowed in the condo. Condo is in a guard gated community, picture ID required, very secure. Towels are provided based on the number of guests.
We do not allow smoking in the condo or patio.
No parties allowed.
No pets allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
Florida is tropical climate, so higher propensity to bugs than other parts of the country.
