With Xbox and Oculus VR headset and Movie nights with your fellow mates the entertainment will not stop at this home. Watch as the home transforms at night with all the colorful light surprises we have in store. Immerse yourself in Raya, Peter Pan, Yoda, Jurassic Park and Avatar themed Bedrooms. POOL TV!!!



The Space:

The first floor welcomes you into the world or Avatar! With our Light monkey lighting the way for you. The Avatar Bedroom is located near the Front entrance on the main floor along with a bathroom just outside of the bedroom which includes a standing shower. Great for those who have trouble climbing the stairs. Pass the monkey and you will be welcomed to our well-lit and jungle inspired living room that offers an open-concept layout integrating with the kitchen and dining room with one of a kind hanging chairs to enjoy while playing the PS5 or watching movies, just like the Na'vi! All overlooking the pool and backyard, ensuring you can cherish quality moments with your friends and family!



You will also enjoy a beautiful 85” inches private pool TV to watch all your favorite shows while swimming or lounging next to the full equipt Grill to cook the next meal from your hunt. Optional pool heater available for an additional $40 per night, with no minimum days.



In addition, on the second floor we have another living space with even more gaming! Equipped with a 70” TV , Oculus VR with many games available to play including Beat Saber and much more, Arcade and Xbox One with over 300 games to play with your family. All bedrooms are uniquely themed and also have SmartTVs. Check the themes and kind of beds for each one:

Guest Access:


Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by asking us for access!

Other things to note:

• Two parking spaces on the front entrance with additional parking available within the community. There is a limit of 3 vehicles per house. There is NO parking allowed on the grass or common areas or any lot.



• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, crib, baby tub, playpen and some toys.



• Free in unit washer and dryer.



• You’ll find a starter pack with Laundry Soap (3 loads), Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Spices, Sugar, Coffee and Tea, Toilet Paper (2 per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags,1 set of Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap for each bathroom. Additional supplies are available upon requests.



• We offer pool and spa heating for an additional $40 per night. It takes about 24 hours to fully warm the pool, with a maximum temperature of 104º. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so the pool is heated for you upon arrival!



• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee will ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it.
