The perfect fit!

Going through mold remediation is awful! From the moment I entered this house, I was able to relax and unwind. It’s beautiful, clean and inviting. The neighborhood is charming. The host is very quick to respond to questions or issues. Being comfortable and away from the chaos of construction has been huge for our family. I can’t thank you enough!

Amazing sweet house in a fantastic location!

We loved staying at the East End house. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, exactly (or better) than presented online and overall a great feeling to the house. The owners were very responsive and helpful!! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home/Great Location

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Winter Park. The house is located one block behind East End Market which is full of amazing shops and restaurants, and walking distance from even more great businesses. The house was clean, comfortable, kid and dog friendly, and filled with beautiful artwork. Would recommend for your next visit to Orlando.

Great Wedding Weekend

Our daughter was getting married at the Meade Botanical Gardens and this was located not 10 mins away. Lovely old Florida home with lots of charm. We relaxed by the fire pit and when we want to go out to eat we had lots of great choices close by.

Fantastic stay in charming neighborhood

We had an amazing stay. The location cannot be beat for what our goals were: near great food and beer and centrally located to our activities. The house itself is super charming and also has a wonderful outdoor area. I always notice water pressure and temp and this house delivered! The owners are extremely responsive and kind. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful home with updates that count and wonderful original features too! Great back yard and peaceful setting. Wonderful for neighborhood walks, close to East End Market and a Brew pub. Near the lovely Leu Gardens! Excellent hosts!

Comfortable stay in a fun neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the backyard. The house's location is also amazing. It is very close to amazing places to eat, such as the East End Market. I would rent this property again.

Wonderful rental with lots of character.

This property was perfect for my family and mom. We even had friends visit us with young kids and they loved roaming the large back yard. We walked to restaurants, local market vendors and an awesome donut shop. Beds were very comfortable, house was clean and kitchen was well stocked and updated. Response from owner was always very quick and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Thanksgiving stay

Our family loved renting this adorable home. We were so pleased with the bedrooms snd the upscale kitchen appliances. Our favorite part was the big backyard with the fire pit. Our dog loved running around the yard and we felt like he was very safe with the secure fence. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants. The neighborhood is so safe and quiet. Highly recommend this house for your Orlando or Winter Park stay.

We loved everything about our stay, and we highly recommend to others!

Gary and Stacey (the property owners) were lovely and generous! We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house. The two best things about the property were the FANTASTIC location and the fact that it is pet friendly. Finding a pet friendly property is difficult and being at this house and knowing our fur babies were safe and near us made our trip even better. Thank you so so much! We hope to stay again soon!

Life Saver

I live just down the block from this property and needed a place that was fully furnished while I refinished the hardwood floors in my home. This property is immaculate...not only fully furnished but seriously like you are living in your own home with every kitchen appliance and amenities known to mankind. Just moved back to Florida from Chicago

We found the perfect location for us to stay while we searched for house in Orlando for the last two months. Our two dogs loved the big backyard after living in a Chicago apartment for the last few years. It was nice to be in a neighborhood that was both quiet but also close to a ton of great restaurants and things to do at East End Market and Baldwin Park. Gary, the property owner, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

sweet little home, charming neighborhood

This was the perfect home for us. It has a nice sized, fenced in backyard for the dogs to play and chase lizards, as well as outside patio furniture and a screened in back porch for when the mosquitos get too bad. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a yoga studio, and a really short drive to the best dog park I have ever been to. The owners are very attentive and have provided all the basic necessities of home. The antique furniture pieces are charming and the beds are really comfortable. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning someday.
