Be welcomed into the home with a spacious open floor plan which is perfect for family time together. Relax on the plush couches and watch a favorite show on the 65-inch HD TV. The fully-equipped kitchen is great for making delicious meals together as a family, and everyone can enjoy sitting down to eat together at the formal dining table which seats 10, or the breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather with your own private screened-in pool. Swim all day in the pool and relax in the spillover spa, or soak up the sunshine laying out on one of the sun loungers. Even enjoy a meal al fresco underneath the covered patio with two outdoor dining tables that seat 12 all together.

The entertainment options in this villa are endless! The fun games room features a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table for some fun family competitions. The game room also has a custom 27-inch Superhero vs. Villains 2 player LCD arcade game system. It features over 15,000 games from popular game collections such as Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Capcom, Atari Classics, Midway Arcade Treasures and more. The first floor also features a Hollywood-style movie room equipped with plush leather sofas and a 75-inch HD TV. More entertainment options are located in the upstairs loft, with more comfortable couches, a 55-inch HD TV connected to a Playstation 4, a cards table for the adults, and a kids play corner.

After a long day of enjoying the fun Orlando attractions, come home to 6 relaxing bedrooms. On the first floor is a Master suite with a King bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The other 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are three more King bedrooms, and two bedrooms custom designed just for the kids! The first kid's bedroom is truly magical with two twin-size beds, a TV and custom details. The second kids bedroom is perfect for little princesses with two twin-size beds and custom wall art.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
