Amazing place!

Property location was perfect. Close enough distance to parks, yet far enough away from congestion. Home was well kept and beautiful. Pool and spa were a HUGE hit with all members of the family (kids and adults). Everything that we needed was there for us, aside from groceries of course. Had one issue with the heating/cooling system but it was resolved immediately. Very friendly service. Would definitely rent this property again!

Relaxing GetAway

From the minute we arrived, everything was great! Felt very homey, plenty of room to spread out and relax and the outside extended deck around the pool was awesome:) Had to call management office once to verify pool heat was on as we paid for it, they were super attentive and sent someone out ASAP and turned up the heat for us. Will definitely keep this property in our “favorite places to stay“ list, convenient to stores and highways it was the perfect location for us.

Girls Family Trip

We had 8 adult women in my family that came from Utah, Maryland, Texas, and CT to enjoy spending quality time together. This house allowed us all plenty of room and we enjoyed the pool and spa. Location is about 30 mins from Disney which was nice! The house was very neat and clean. We agreed we would all stay here again

Lovely spacious villa in quiet location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any problems were quickly addressed by management committee but unfortunately not resolved whilst we were there, such as ice maker not working (part ordered but not fitted whilst we were there) and pool table appears to be broken as the balls roll to the middle. Lovely pool area and great location. Good value for the price but attention to detail could be better.

Family of 10 !

Fabulous property that was ideal for our party of 10, plenty of space for us all and everything we possibly needed. The pool and outside space was fabulous , and the jacuzzi was a welcome treat. Only small gripe and certainly not a complaint are that the garage/games room was a bit smelly because the bibs are kept in there but opening the garage doors for a few minutes solved this and the bed frame in the smaller downstairs bedroom could do with tightening up to stop the creaking , All the beds were extremely comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Florida. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall very nice, some small things was recycling bin was full on arrival and no room for our rubbish, jets in bath tup jacuzzi pumped out dirt when switched on, looks like not used much, dishwasher wasn’t emptied but a very nice villa in a very nice area,

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Calabay Parc was the perfect home for a week-long college friends' reunion. There were 5 bedrooms and baths along with a living room and dining room as well as an adequate kitchen - just the right size for us. The decor was lovely and inviting. The patio provided two very comfortable areas for eating outside around the pool and spa. (Note that there are extra charges for pool/spa heat.) We liked it so well that we made reservations for next year!

Property is wonderful and beautiful and spacious. When they say home away from home they mean it. Grocery stores close by Walgreens and not a far drive to the parks. Only bad part is its alot of Traffic. But absolutely I would stay again.

Beautiful, spacious, quiet, not far from parks, 5 bathrooms, great hot tub and pool

This vacation home is beautiful and perfect for our family of nine. We loved almost everything about this home. The pool and hot tub were perfect after long days at parks. The only down fall was the extra 140 we ended up paying to heat the hot tub and pool. Just a suggestion but maybe include that in the price of the house. Most people renting a vacation home with a pool and hot tub will more than likely use them. Everything else was perfect!!!

Very nice, very clean and family friendly big home.

This house is perfect for the whole family. Very clean and well maintained. Management company was very attentive to any needs. The neighborhood is close enough to Disney, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the parks and outlying commerical districts. Makes for a relaxing get away after a long day at the parks. Enough space in the house to get away from others when you want quiet time or space. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Neighbors were really rude, they left letters to us outside the door saying to shut up. To not make noise that they don’t like that.. when we were just enjoying our staying but we could not even watch TV because there was no cable and they wanted no noise.

A very nice property in a very nice neighborhood...

A group of us stayed in this property and we found it to be exactly what we needed. It was well appointed and was stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, flatware, and dishes/glassware. Only two minor gripes: Unlike other properties that I have stayed that feature a keypad lock at the main (front door) entrance, this property had a traditional lock and a single key (stored in a realtor type key box). This was a slight hassle, but was not a big deal. The other issue was small ants. No other insect issues what so ever. Granted, it is Florida, but, the place could use another good spraying by an exterminator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

If you’re looking at renting this home, i would definitely recommend it..it is very nice and clean and very spacious. My group of friends and I loved it there we didn’t want to go back home haha this home had four bedrooms and three bathrooms there were TVs in every room the kitchen had dishes and pots and pans and The pool was very nice the neighbors were very welcoming as well

House was well kept up, cleaned nicely, and well equipped with towels, and kitchen utensils. Plenty of space for a larger family or two small ones. Was a great overall experience. Thermostat was a little warm compared to home, but understandable in the Florida climate.

Home away from home.

From first opening the door when we arrived to saying goodbye at the end of the week, we felt like we were home. Everything was very clean when we arrived, kids were in the heated pool every evening after the parks while we were in the hot tub. Cooked most of our meals in the kitchen that has all the amenities and plenty of room for all 7 of us to eat. The living room and den were great, although we spent most of our time on the patio in the back. We will be coming back on our next vacation!
