Pros- The house was clean and the murals on the walls were amazing. The theater room was very unique. It is very spacious and the sofa was very comfortable.Cons-Needed some work on daily maintenance.1. The door handle to the pool was falling off and not able to be locked without some manipulation and constant tightening. Said they would let me know when they were coming out the next day and we never heard back. 2. Pool heat was not warm the first 4 days even when paid for. Would not give a refund for those days so just know you don’t get what you pay for. 3. Some of the mattresses were saggy in the middle so unless you slept in the edge you sunk into the middle or felt like you were falling because it was so worn out.4. Pool pump was broken a few days so we couldn’t use the hot tub.. 5. Just general maintenance was not kept up. 6. First few days the refrigerator did not hold the temp and our freezer items all got spoiled. As a travel agent I had planned to use this house for a referral for clients but I just don’t feel comfortable doing that.
